- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS- American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP- American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- Minimum 1 year Nursing experience in Operating Room.
